In order to remind customers of your company, sending them reminders of your existence is always helpful.  It’s like dating, they may be seeing other companies: make sure you wish people happy birthdays, Valentine’s Day, etc.

When you notice a customer hasn’t been engaging with you for awhile, sending them a “We Miss You” e-mail.  Check out this article for some great tips on saying we miss you.
